Exosect announces Semco as Japanese distributor for Exosex SPTab at international distributor conference in Amsterdam.
January, 2011 - Exosect, a leading provider of Intelligent Pest Management solutions, announced Semco as its Japanese distributor for Exosex SPTab. The announcement was made at Exosect’s first international distributor conference held in Amsterdam last week.
Exosex SPTab is the unique pheromone based mating disruption product for five key species of moth which attack food products in manufacturing sites. After winning the Society of Food Hygiene Technology award for ‘Best Innovation’ and the completion of a European wide trial programme in food manufacturing sites, a European distribution network* has been set up and Exosect is now looking to international distribution.
Katayama San, President of Semco commented, “Exosex SPTab is quite unique. We have seen very positive results in demonstration sites last year and consequently, we are very happy to have obtained distribution rights for this product in Japan”.
Peter Cottee, Managing Director at RIWA UK, commented at the conference, “It is very unusual for distributors to receive the level of support from suppliers as they do from Exosect and it is a key to their success”.
Exosex SPTab is available in the UK and Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
